Hi,

I still intend to wait for my shipment of my DX VF-31A. But I am just worried that I was forgotten in the shipment queue. I was contacted by my friend which ordered the same item from you 2 mins before I did, that he received his shipping notice last week. I also see in forums of people posting Shipped status for orders from you that had greater Order Numbers than mine. I just want to make sure my order is noticed and not forgotten, because you have said there was limited shipments.

Just a question, does Nippon-Yasan usually fulfill shipments by the order of the Purchase Order that was created? Or by location to be sent? I was trying to guess how close I am to getting a shipment.

Thank you for the reply. I believe that your shipping department might have skipped or forgotten my order.

My reasoning is that:

my friend that bought his VF-31A on 2017-10-07 09:32:51 (2 minutes before me) had his order fulfilled and shipped on 2018-06-14 14:16:53 and

my other friend that bought his VF-31A after me on 2017-10-07 10:03:57 (30 minutes after me) has his order fulfilled and shipped on 2018-06-21 11:03:41

Could you please make sure my order is on the queue to be sent a shipment?

Hi,

Just following up on the status of my shipment? I have noticed that your company has started sending out more shipments this week. From the comments about their orders, all the people that just got their orders processed, purchased their VF-31A after I did (2017-10-08 or later). I can list order numbers if you want to verify.

I just making sure you didn't forget about my order, because the last batch that was sent out 2 weeks ago stopped 10 orders numbers before me and now many of orders after me are being sent out.
